*Rend Collective – The Irish-based worship band performs at 7 p.m. Sat. March 12 in Sunshine Community Church, 3300 E. Beltline NE. Grand Rapids. The band's contemporary worship favorites include "Build Your Kingdom Here" and "Finally Free." Rend Collective's most recent album is titled "As Family We Go." The band, featuring lead singer Chris Llewellyn, performed in West Michigan last fall opening a Van Andel Arena concert for Chris Tomlin. Also on the bill is a solo artist, Urban Rescuse. *Majestic Brass – The eight-member ensemble featuring area professional brass musicians performs at 7 p.m. Mon. March 21 at Christ Chapel of Cornerstone University, 1001 E. Beltline NE Grand Rapids. The octet will perform a mix of sacred and secular songs in this special Passion Week presentation. Majestic Brass is led by artistic director Erich Peterson, a hornist with the Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra. General admission tickets are $10, with discounts for Cornerstone students and staff. *Kutless – The Christian pop-rock band performs at a fundraising concert at 7 p.m. Fri. March 25 at the old Unity Christian North Gym, 3435 Oak St. Hudsonville. Concert proceeds go to the Hudsonville Christian Schools building fund and to Immanuel Christian Reformed Church's Guatemala mission trip. Also on the bill are 7eventh Time Down, Meredith Kinleigh and Natasha Owens. Tickets are $15 general admission; $20 dollars for seats in the front 10 rows.
