Here are three highlights for March:The Last Words of Christ" – The Lenten season performance by the latest "traveling troupe" of Master Arts Theatre is presented at 7:30pm Fri. and Sat. March 20-21, with a 2pm matinee March 21 at MAT, 75 77th St. SW in Byron Center. The dramatic script offers perspectives of biblical figures such as Martha, the rich young ruler and the paralytic man, all impacted by the ministry of Jesus. St. John's College Choir, Cambridge – The noted choral ensemble from England performs at 7pm Wed. March 25 at the Basilica of St. Adalbert, 654 Davis St. NW Grand Rapids. The noted choral group, featured on more than a hundred different recordings, is currently on a U.S. Easter season tour. It is the special guest of the Grand Rapids Choir of Men and Boys and will perform alongside the local choir. The event kicks off the Andrew Larson Memorial Concert Series. "The Truth Tour 2020: Finding Joy Again" – This one-day women's conference is set for 10am – 3pm Sat. March 28 at Central Wesleyan Church, 446 W 40th St. Holland. The conference offers real-life stories of hope from those who have found joy after times of despair in an often challenging world; as well as principles to live by to recover life's joy.
