Capture91Dégagé Ministries has hired Stacy O'Keefe, as director of development and Kacey Spencer as fund development and event manager.

Capture92O'Keefe has over a decade of experience helping philanthropists connect with their passions in the nonprofit community. Her dedication to supporting corporate, foundation, and individual giving is backed by a personal commitment to volunteerism as well.

She has led fundraising efforts at several human services nonprofits, led a startup nonprofit that won the 2017 Chicago Innovation Award, has been responsible for training novice board members in several organizations. And, as a passionate animal welfare advocate, Stacey has been deployed nationwide nine times to rescue and shelter pets during natural disasters. Stacey was formerly a partner in the Chicago law firm of D'Ancona and Pflaum. She holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelors in Social Work, as well as a Certificate in Nonprofit Management, from the University of Illinois.

Spencer has a decade of experience in project management and leadership. She specializes in developing relationships with donors and facilitating the major annual events hosted by Degage. A Grand Rapids native, Kacey graduated from Cornerstone University with a Master in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Project Management. Her connection to Degage stems from an 2017 event at Degage - Open Door Open Heart - and felt God leading her to come and work for the organization.
